GTA 6 characters: the full cast so far

GTA 6 has two playable protagonists: Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Rockstar published full bios for both, plus six named supporting characters, when Trailer 2 landed. Almost everything else you will read about them — the voice actors, the button that switches between them, the "Bonnie and Clyde" framing — comes from somewhere other than Rockstar. We separate the two here.
Lucia Caminos
The first playable woman in a mainline Grand Theft Auto. Rockstar's official bio, in full:
"Lucia's father taught her to fight as soon as she could walk. Life has been coming at her swinging ever since. Fighting for her family landed her in the Leonida Penitentiary. Sheer luck got her out. Lucia's learned her lesson — only smart moves from here. More than anything, Lucia wants the good life her mom has dreamed of since their days in Liberty City — but instead of half-baked fantasies, Lucia is prepared to take matters into her own hands."
So: the prison time is confirmed, the Leonida Penitentiary is confirmed, and the family's Liberty City history is confirmed. What is not confirmed is that Lucia herself is from Liberty City or lived there before prison — the bio says her mother dreamed of the good life "since their days" there, which is a family origin, not a residence.
The pendant she wears in official art is real and visible. The widely repeated claim that it is a boxing-glove necklace symbolising her father's lessons is a community reading of the footage, not something Rockstar has ever said.
Jason Duval
Rockstar's official bio:
"Jason wants an easy life, but things just keep getting harder. Jason grew up around grifters and crooks. After a stint in the Army trying to shake off his troubled teens, he found himself in the Keys doing what he knows best, working for local drug runners. Meeting Lucia could be the best or worst thing to ever happen to him."
Confirmed, then: he served in the Army specifically, he grew up around criminals, and he now works for drug runners in the Keys. Rockstar also states he is housed in Key Lento by Brian Heder in exchange for running collections.
Not confirmed: his rank, his unit, whether he was discharged and how. Rockstar wrote "a stint in the Army" and nothing more. Sites giving you a service record are filling in blanks.
The full GTA 6 supporting cast
Six characters have official Rockstar bios. This is the entire confirmed cast — anyone else you see named is from the 2022 leak or from fan speculation.
Two of them orbit Jason down in the Keys. Brian Heder is a veteran drug trafficker in Key Lento who houses Jason for free, in exchange for running collections and whatever else needs doing. Cal Hampton is Jason's friend and one of Brian's associates, a paranoid homebody who spends his days eavesdropping on Coast Guard communications.
Two more come out of the Vice City music scene. Boobie Ike is a street legend who turned himself into a semi-legitimate mogul, with real estate, a strip club and a recording studio called Only Raw Records. Dre'Quan Priest is the young aspiring mogul attached to him and to that label.
The last two are the loudest of the group. Raul Bautista is a charming, reckless career bank robber who assembles crews and keeps raising the stakes on every job. Real Dimez is Bae-Luxe and Roxy, friends since high school, a rap duo who turned shaking down dealers into a career and who live on social media.
Can you switch between Jason and Lucia?
Rockstar has confirmed that both are playable. It has confirmed nothing about how you move between them, because as of July 2026 Rockstar has never released a single frame of GTA 6 gameplay.
The line "switch between Jason and Lucia during the story and take part in missions as a duo" comes from a third-party Amazon Brazil retail listing, reported by outlets and later pulled. Retailer marketing copy is not a spec sheet. And the very specific "press D-pad Down to open a character wheel" you will find on guide sites is simply GTA V's mechanic, copied across on the assumption it carries over.
It probably does carry over. But nobody outside Rockstar knows, and pages that state it as fact are guessing with confidence.
Who are the GTA 6 voice actors?
Unknown. Rockstar has confirmed no voice cast, and historically does not do so before launch — it also tends to cast lesser-known actors, which makes the guessing harder.
The two names that circulate are Manni L. Perez for Lucia and Dylan Rourke for Jason. Neither is confirmed. Perez's attribution rests on physical resemblance, an uncredited minor GTA V role and a scrubbed social-media presence read as an NDA. Rourke's originated with a YouTuber citing an unnamed source in 2024. IMDb pages are user-editable and have been cited in circles as evidence. Treat both as rumour until Rockstar says otherwise.
Are Jason and Lucia "Bonnie and Clyde"?
That framing came from the press after Trailer 2, not from Rockstar. Rockstar has never used the phrase, nor the words "romance" or "love", in any trailer, character page or press release. Its actual description of the pair:
"Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them… an easy score goes wrong… forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive."
Partners in crime under pressure. Whether that becomes a romance is, so far, a story nobody has been told.
