By accessing or using GTA6 Cartel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site and to create an account, or older where your local law sets a higher minimum age (for example, 14 in Spain). By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone.

Accounts are personal: one person per account, and you may not transfer your account to someone else. Please notify us at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for abuse or unlawful activity.

When using the community, you agree not to post, upload, or share any of the following:

• Illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics.

• Spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising.

• Personal information about others posted without their consent (doxxing).

• Promotion of cheating services, or content that facilitates fraud.

You also agree not to attempt to break, overload, probe, or otherwise attack the site or its infrastructure, and not to access areas or data you are not authorised to use.

Mods available on GTA6 Cartel are submitted by users. Although we review submissions before they are published, mods are not created, verified for safety, or endorsed by GTA6 Cartel, and we make no guarantee about how they work.

If you upload a mod, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to distribute it. You must not upload malware, viruses, or any code that could harm users, nor anything that infringes the rights of Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive or that violates the game's EULA.

We may remove any mod at our discretion, at any time, including where we receive a complaint or identify a risk. You download and use mods entirely at your own risk.

You keep ownership of the content you create, including mods, forum posts, comments, and ratings. We do not claim ownership of it.

By submitting content, you grant GTA6 Cartel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and through the site, solely so that the service can function and your contributions can be shown to the community.

This licence ends when you remove your content or delete your account, except for copies that are already cached or that we must retain by law. You can request removal of your content at any time by contacting [email protected].

"Grand Theft Auto", "GTA", "GTA 6", "GTA VI", and all related names, logos, characters, and imagery are trademarks and copyrighted works of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. All game imagery and assets belong to their respective owners.

GTA6 Cartel is an independent fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. We use these names only to identify the game that this community is about.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder and believe that content on the site infringes your copyright, email us at [email protected] with: identification of the copyrighted work concerned, identification of the specific material you say is infringing (such as a link) so we can locate it, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.

We will review valid notices, remove or disable access to content found to be infringing, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

The site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

GTA6 Cartel is not responsible for content submitted by users, including mods, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, of any mod, or of any user content. This includes any harm to your device or data from downloading a mod. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the site and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the site and its users.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
