ClaimSome houses need no introduction, and this is one of them: the world's most famous party mansion, rebuilt in GTA V Enhanced as a single player add-on and planted in Richman, the Los Santos stand-in for the neighborhoods where the real thing lives. One of the screenshots includes the exact map spot so you can drive straight to the gates.
The estate sells the fantasy from the first look. A Tudor style stone mansion with steep slate roofs and brick chimneys rises over a forecourt with a round fountain and flower beds, flanked by twin staircases and clipped hedges. Around it, the grounds spread into terraced gardens with curved stairways, and a huge walled sun terrace lined with loungers, tables and parasols. In the screenshots the terrace and patios appear full of guests enjoying the sun, which tells you exactly what kind of scenes this place was built for.
Inside, the rooms carry the same old money character: a wood paneled entrance hall with carpeted stairs, and spaces like the study with its fireplace, grandfather clock, globe and classic paintings on tapestry covered walls. It is a natural set for machinima, roleplay or simply a base worthy of a magazine mogul.
Installation is a single dlcpack (playboyv2), so everything loads as add-on content without replacing game files. The mod was built and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced; as with any prop heavy estate, your FPS will depend on the rest of your mod list.

- OpenIV (or the onigiri loader) to edit dlclist.xml
How to install
- 1Copy the contents of the folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks (or to onigiri\dlcpacks if you use the onigiri loader).
- 2With OpenIV, open update\update.rpf\common\data and edit dlclist.xml. With onigiri, edit onigiri\common\data\dlclist.xml with any text editor.
- 3Add the line <Item>dlcpacks:/playboyv2/</Item> and save the file.
- 4Head to Richman and drive up to the gates. One of the screenshots shows the exact spot on the map.

Does it include interiors?

No. It installs as a single add-on dlcpack (playboyv2), so the rest of the map stays untouched.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This port targets GTA V Enhanced only. For Legacy, look for the earlier conversion by WhiteHatz Gaming of the original mod by Banane Pro.
