GTA 5EnhancedMadrazo Ranch Update with New Rooms

La Fuente Blanca, Martin Madrazo's ranch, is one of those Los Santos landmarks the vanilla game keeps closed. This add-on opens it up for GTA V Enhanced and furnishes it with new rooms, turning the famous hacienda into a place you can actually live in.

Inside, the update adds a full suite of decorated spaces: a living room with a piano, striped armchairs and a carved chandelier, a dining room with a long table set for guests under a beamed ceiling, a working kitchen behind it, a study with a carved desk and a computer, a bedroom with a dressing table and garden doors, and gallery hallways lined wall to wall with framed horse paintings, exactly the kind of art collection you would expect from the owner. The style stays true to the hacienda feel: brick, dark wood, tiled roofs and antique furniture.

Outside, the courtyard fountain, the pool with its jacuzzi and the landscaped patios complete the estate, and the screenshots include the exact map spot so you can find it at La Fuente Blanca without wandering.

Installation has one extra step compared to a plain dlcpack: besides adding spmadrazo to your dlclist, the download includes a RANCH_SP_MAPS.asi file that goes in the game root folder, so you will need an ASI loader for it. The mod was built and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced; as with any prop heavy interior, your FPS will depend on the rest of your mod list.
