ClaimEclipse Complex is a large interior overhaul for GTA V Enhanced that rebuilds the Eclipse Towers in Rockford Hills into a single high-end residence. Rather than dropping a standalone building somewhere new, it renovates the tower that is already part of the map, so the exterior stays where players expect it and the whole complex opens up from the inside through a working elevator system.
The ground level is a redesigned luxury lobby that leads into the heart of the mod: a multi-level drive-in garage. It is laid out across five instance levels of twelve cars each, giving you room for up to sixty persistent vehicles, and it is finished with epoxy galaxy floors, lifts and a full workshop backdrop. Alongside the garage sits a business and lounge area with a media wall, seating and space to run a crew, all tied together by the elevator that reaches every floor of the tower.
Up top, the mod redecorates the apartments themselves. Highlights include a two-storey penthouse (Apt 40) with an internal staircase, an open kitchen and a panoramic terrace, and a stairless, bungalow-style unit (Apt 31) laid out on one level for easy movement. The rooftop adds a pool, palm-lined decking, a pergola and a small putting green overlooking Los Santos at sunset. The build also supports Gidoxy's Rooftop Apartment as an optional extra.
Because it is an interior with scripted rooms and menus, Eclipse Complex needs ScriptHookV, a recent ScriptHookVDotNet nightly, .NET Framework 4.8 and LemonUI in addition to the dlcpack, and its script folder must be copied into your scripts directory.
Eclipse Complex is a collaborative build by meimeiriver and Raymax3D, converted for GTA V Enhanced by DimoSerb, with optional Rooftop Apartment support by Gidoxy. It is hosted on GTA6 Cartel with the author's permission, and the original Nexus release is linked as the source.

What is the spawn name?
There is no spawn name. Eclipse Complex is a fixed interior built into the existing Eclipse Towers in Rockford Hills; drive up to the building and use the elevator to enter.
Which ScriptHookVDotNet do I need?
A recent nightly. Use ScriptHookVDotNet 3.6.0-nightly.114 or newer, together with .NET Framework 4.8 and LemonUI 2.1.2, or the interior scripts will not load.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This is a conversion for GTA V Enhanced; it targets the Enhanced build, not Legacy.
How many cars fit in the garage?
Up to sixty. The drive-in garage has five instance levels holding twelve cars each.
