GTA 5EnhancedMechanic Garage

Mechanic Garage is an add-on MLO for GTA V Enhanced that plants a complete working garage in the industrial east side of Los Santos, in the Cypress Flats area. The building wears its own EAST Customs branding, with logo signs on the street and over the entrance, so it reads like a real business rather than a generic warehouse dropped on the map.

From the outside it is a handsome brick unit with tall arched roller doors, wall lamps and a fenced yard, sitting right next to the shooting range. Inside, the ground floor is a proper workshop: three numbered work bays with tool walls, rolling tool chests, engine cranes, vehicle lift plates and fire equipment, plus a large open hall with its own roller door, a wall clock and racks of display wheels.

The detail work keeps going where most interiors stop. There are two dedicated paint booths numbered 1 and 2, with color sample racks and bright tunnel lighting, big enough to park a supercar inside. In game sponsor banners from brands like Bravado, Benefactor and Albany hang from the rafters, and the yellow ventilation ducts and skylights give the hall real industrial depth.

Upstairs, a wooden mezzanine overlooks the bays behind glass rails and leads to a furnished office with desks, shelves of binders, a bookcase and an executive chair, the kind of space that begs to be used as a roleplay headquarters or the home base of a garage business playthrough.

Installation is the standard dlcpack routine under the name mechanic_garage; once the line is added to dlclist.xml the building is simply part of the world, no teleport scripts required. Built and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced, so your frame rate will depend on the rest of your mod list.
