ClaimGindena Mechanic adds a walk-in mechanic shop to the La Puerta port area as an add-on MLO for GTA V Enhanced. You will spot it from the road: a warehouse right under the suspension bridge, its sawtooth roof outlined in white neon and its walls covered in giant cartoon murals that make the building impossible to miss.
Inside, the theme carries on. The main floor is a spacious workshop with several yellow two post lifts and a central display platform, all of it lit by ring lamps that reflect on the polished dark floor. Every wall is painted floor to ceiling with street art, and the details sell the hangout vibe: arcade cabinets, vending machines, a tool bench and a small mezzanine office overlooking the bays.
Upstairs there is a proper break room. Blue carpet, a pool table, a weight bench, even a drum kit in the corner, with more murals wrapping the whole space. It works great as a crew hangout or a roleplay base on top of the garage itself.
Installation is a single dlcpack (gnd_mechanics), so the whole thing goes in as add-on content without replacing any game files. The mod was built and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced; as with any prop-heavy interior, your FPS will depend on the rest of your mod list.
The neon trim also turns the building into a handy landmark at night, and the mural covered walls give photographers a backdrop you will not find anywhere else in Los Santos.

How to install
- 1Copy the contents of the folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks (or to onigiri\dlcpacks if you use the onigiri loader).
- 2With OpenIV, open update\update.rpf\common\data and edit dlclist.xml. With onigiri, edit onigiri\common\data\dlclist.xml with any text editor.
- 3Add the line <Item>dlcpacks:/gnd_mechanics/</Item> and save the file.
- 4Head to the warehouse under the bridge in La Puerta and walk in.
Frequently asked questions
What is an MLO?
An MLO is a map mod with a real interior: the building is solid and you can walk inside without teleports or loading screens. This one adds a complete mechanic shop as add-on content, without replacing game files.
Where is the workshop located?
In the La Puerta port area, in the warehouse right under the suspension bridge. One of the screenshots shows the exact spot on the map, and the mural covered facade is easy to spot from the road.
Does it hurt performance?
It was built and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced for stable FPS. Like any interior full of props, the final numbers depend on how many other mods and scripts you have loaded.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This port targets GTA V Enhanced only, so Legacy players should look for the original release by gnd instead.
