Yes, once meaningfully. The timeline so far:
- December 2023: revealed with a broad 2025 window.
- 2024: narrowed to Fall 2025.
- Early 2026: delayed to 26 May 2026.
- Later: pushed again to 19 November 2026, the current date.
Will GTA 6 be delayed again?
It looks unlikely. Take-Two has repeatedly reaffirmed 19 November 2026, pre-orders are live, and a pre-load date (12 November) has been set, which studios do not usually announce for a game they expect to move.
