Claim
Front three quarter view of the white widebody NSX with the LB Performance windshield banner, sponsor stack on the door and lime green spoke wheels
Rear three quarter view with the carbon whatsnext wing, F7LTHY and Armytrix decals, red bumper vents and heavy wheel camber
Side profile under a highway overpass showing the LB Edition NSX skirts, full sponsor stack and stretched tyres over lime wheels

The second generation NSX is a 573 horsepower hybrid supercar, and the F7LTHY build is what happens when the stance scene gets hold of one: a full Liberty Walk widebody, sponsor decals from nose to tail and camber angles that make engineers wince. This add-on recreates that internet famous car for GTA V Enhanced in white, with the LB Performance banner across the windshield, the F7LTHY lettering behind it, and a carbon GT wing carrying the hashtag whatsnext over the tail.

The details follow the real build closely. The doors stack Vancity Vinyl, Air Lift Performance, F7LTHY, Toyo Tires and LB Performance decals, the skirts read LB Edition NSX, the rear bumper adds red vents and an Armytrix badge, and the lime green multi spoke wheels sit stretched and cambered under the arches. Inside, the cream leather cabin keeps the NSX signature pieces: the carbon rimmed wheel, the digital cluster and the big Dynamic Mode dial in the middle of the console.

The car installs as its own dlcpack, so nothing from the stock garage gets replaced. Copy the folder into dlcpacks, register the filthynsx package in dlclist.xml with OpenIV or the onigiri loader, and spawn it with the model name filthynsx. The Nexus listing tags the release as add-on with tuning, so there are modification parts to play with beyond the base build.

The download comes in two variants: one with a custom engine sound and one that keeps the stock GTA engine audio, useful when another sound add-on conflicts with it, an issue the author notes has existed since the Legacy days. The mod was developed and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced, so performance will depend on the rest of your mod list.

Original mod by StuntmanFlexx, converted to GTA V Enhanced by DimoSerb. Hosted on GTA6 Cartel with the author's permission, with the original release linked as the source.

Frequently asked questions

How do I spawn the F7LTHY NSX in game?

Use any trainer and spawn it by the model name filthynsx, which matches the dlcpack folder name.

I can't hear the engine sound. What's wrong?

Engine sound add-ons can conflict with each other, an issue that has existed since the Legacy scene. If it happens to you, install the variant that keeps the stock GTA engine sound.

Does it work on GTA V Legacy?

No. This port targets GTA V Enhanced only, so Legacy players should look for the original release by StuntmanFlexx instead.

What is the F7LTHY NSX?

It is a well known stance build of the second generation NSX: a Liberty Walk widebody kit, aggressive camber, stretched tyres and a sponsor covered livery, and this mod recreates that look including the whatsnext wing.
