The XM is the first standalone BMW M car since the legendary M1, a plug-in hybrid V8 super SUV of over 650 horsepower, and Larte Design is the tuner that decided it was not aggressive enough. This add-on brings the Larte treatment to GTA V Enhanced: a carbon widebody with riveted arches, a vented carbon hood, canards and side skirts, the signature double roof spoiler stacked over the tailgate and a diffuser with proper vertical fins. Tuning parts are included, so you can build the SUV up in game.
The screenshots show a black build where the carbon weave catches the light on the hood while the twin kidney grilles glow with their illuminated surround, a real feature of the XM. The interior gets its moment too: the first person view sits behind a carbon wheel with shift lights, the curved display running a map and the weather widget, and a Bowers and Wilkins speaker grille on the pillar. One shot at a country gas station opens the hood and all four doors at once.
The car installs as its own dlcpack, so it replaces nothing in the stock garage. Copy the folder into dlcpacks, register the vc_xmlarte package in dlclist.xml with OpenIV or the onigiri loader, and spawn it with the model name vc_xmlarte, the same as the folder.
The download comes in two variants: one with a custom engine sound and one that keeps the stock GTA engine audio, useful when another sound add-on conflicts with it, an issue the author notes has existed since the Legacy days. The mod was developed and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced, so performance will depend on the rest of your mod list.

Frequently asked questions
How do I spawn the XM Larte in game?
Use any trainer and spawn it by the model name vc_xmlarte, which matches the dlcpack folder name.
I can't hear the engine sound. What's wrong?
Engine sound add-ons can conflict with each other, an issue that has existed since the Legacy scene. If it happens to you, install the variant that keeps the stock GTA engine sound.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This port targets GTA V Enhanced only, so Legacy players should look for the original release by Versus instead.
What is Larte Design?
A tuning house known for carbon aero kits on luxury SUVs. Its XM kit adds the widebody arches, vented hood, canards, finned diffuser and the double roof spoiler you can see in the screenshots, and this mod also ships tuning parts to configure in game.
