The G-Class needs no introduction, but the Brabus 800 4x4 takes Mercedes' boxy icon to its most extreme: a portal-axle monster riding on huge off-road tyres, dressed in Brabus carbon and widened arches. This add-on by IDK brings the 2025 version to GTA V Enhanced as a standalone vehicle with its own dlcpack, a custom engine sound and reworked door textures, so it never overwrites a stock car in your game.
The model is loaded with the details that make this truck what it is. The bonnet and roof carry exposed carbon panels, the grille wears the round Brabus 'B' badge, and the spare-wheel cover on the tailgate reads BRABUS in full. Massive Brabus monoblock wheels sit under the flared fenders on Michelin off-road rubber, and a light bar runs across the roof. The screenshots also show a heavy off-road build: a tubular bull bar with a working winch, blue-lit auxiliary spotlights, a roof rack loaded with a shovel, a hi-lift jack and red recovery tracks, and polished side steps. Open the bonnet and the engine bay is modelled underneath.
Installation is the standard add-on route: drop the folder into dlcpacks (mods or onigiri), register dlcpacks:/G800BRABUS4X4/ in dlclist.xml and spawn it with a trainer under the name G800BRABUS4X4. The original release ships two downloads: one with the custom engine sound and one with the stock GTA engine audio, for players whose games already run other sound add-ons that conflict with it.

How to install
- 1Copy the contents of the folder to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks (or to onigiri\dlcpacks).
- 2With OpenIV, go to update.rpf\common\data and open dlclist.xml (with onigiri: open onigiri\common\data\dlclist.xml in Notepad).
- 3Add the line <Item>dlcpacks:/G800BRABUS4X4/</Item> and save.
- 4Spawn the vehicle with a trainer using the name G800BRABUS4X4.

The engine makes no sound — what happened?
Other engine sound add-ons can conflict with the custom audio; the issue is known since the Legacy version. The original release includes a second download with stock GTA engine sounds — use that one if you are affected.
Does the off-road kit (bull bar, winch, roof rack) come on the car?
Those are tuning and extra parts shown in the screenshots. Fit them from a trainer or a tuning menu; the base model spawns without them.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This conversion targets GTA V Enhanced and its dlcpacks structure.
