The ZL1 is the Camaro at its most serious, and this add-on brings a 2024 take on it to GTA V Enhanced with a front end you will not mistake for anything stock. The nose wears a full width LED light bar with the Chevrolet bowtie set in the middle, stacked intakes and a layered splitter, while the gunmetal paint, black hood, tall rear wing and darkened taillights give the rest of the car a fighter jet finish. Black wheels over orange brake calipers close the look, with the ZL1 badge sitting on the fenders.
The details go beyond the body: the hood opens onto a fully modeled engine bay, with the intake tube, fluid reservoirs and battery box all in place, which is not something every add-on bothers with. The cabin gets the same attention: Camaro lettering on the wheel, red stitching across the dash and seats, the round climate vents with their dials and the ZL1 badge by the shifter. It reads correctly in first person.
The car installs as its own dlcpack, so nothing from the stock garage gets replaced. Drop the folder into dlcpacks, add one line to dlclist.xml with OpenIV or the onigiri loader, and spawn it with the model name 2024zl1e.
The download comes in two variants: one with a custom engine sound and one that keeps the stock GTA engine audio, useful when another sound add-on conflicts with it, an issue the author notes has existed since the Legacy days. The mod was developed and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced, so your frame rate will depend on the rest of your mod list.

Frequently asked questions
How do I spawn the Camaro ZL1 in game?
Use any trainer and spawn it by the model name 2024zl1e.
I can't hear the engine sound. What's wrong?
Engine sound add-ons can conflict with each other, an issue that has existed since the Legacy scene. If it happens to you, install the variant that keeps the stock GTA engine sound.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This port targets GTA V Enhanced only, so Legacy players should look for the original release by Mykes instead.
Is the engine bay modeled?
Yes. The hood opens onto a complete engine bay with the intake tube, fluid reservoirs and battery box, as shown in the screenshots.
