The 2021 Toyota Camry TRD is an add-on car for GTA V Enhanced, converted by DimoSerb from the original model built by isis21. It drops the sports version of Toyota's saloon into Los Santos with the parts that separate a TRD from a normal Camry: a black front splitter, deeper side skirts underlined by a red pinstripe, a pedestal rear wing over the boot lid and a black contrast roof above the body colour.

The model carries the detail through the rest of the car. Grey multi-spoke TRD alloys sit behind red brake calipers, the twin exhausts poke out of a black rear valance and the boot wears the CAMRY lettering with a red TRD badge under it. The hood, both doors and the boot open, so the engine bay and the cabin are there to look at rather than sealed shut, and the interior is modelled with analogue instrument dials, a trip readout between them and an infotainment screen showing the map. It is built for the Enhanced build of GTA V and for setups running NaturalVision Evolved (NVE), so the paintwork and the black contrast roof keep their reflections with graphics mods stacked on top. One thing the author declares up front: the dials do not work in this release.

Installation is the usual add-on routine, and nothing in the stock game is overwritten. Copy the camrytrd folder into your dlcpacks, open dlclist.xml with OpenIV or a plain text editor, add the matching line, save and spawn the car with the name camrytrd from any trainer or spawner.

Original model by isis21; converted for GTA V Enhanced by DimoSerb. It is hosted on GTA6 Cartel with the author's permission, and the original Nexus release is linked as the source.

How to install

  1. 1Copy the 'camrytrd' folder into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks (or into onigiri\dlcpacks).
  2. 2Open dlclist.xml in update\update.rpf\common\data (or onigiri\common\data) with OpenIV or Notepad.
  3. 3Add the line dlcpacks:/camrytrd/ inside Item tags and save.
  4. 4Spawn the car with the name 'camrytrd' from your trainer.

Does it work on GTA V Legacy?

No. This is an Enhanced conversion; it targets GTA V Enhanced (and NVE), not the Legacy build.

Is it an add-on or a replace?

Add-on. It does not overwrite any stock vehicle; you spawn it separately with 'camrytrd'.

The dials on the dashboard do not move. Is that a bug?

Yes, and the author declares it on the release: the dials do not work in this version. Everything else is shipped as is.
