GTA 5Enhanced2021 Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII

Nothing says you own the city quite like a Phantom, and this add-on brings the eighth generation Rolls-Royce to GTA V Enhanced in a two tone satin black over silver that suits Los Santos perfectly. The details that make a Phantom a Phantom are all present in the screenshots: the upright grille under a gold Spirit of Ecstasy, the laser cut headlights, the framed rectangular taillights and the rear coach doors that open against the wind, shown wide open in one of the shots.

The release also includes its namesake Mafia kit, a build that trades chrome for menace: blacked out grille surround, a front splitter, dark multi spoke wheels and MAFIA lettering along the rockers. Between the clean two tone and the kitted version you get two very different characters from the same car.

Inside, the dash carries the classic style gauges, a central screen flanked by wood veneer, metal air vents and the double R on the wheel. It reads as a proper gentleman's office in first person, which is exactly the point of a Phantom.

The car installs as its own dlcpack, so nothing from the stock garage gets replaced. Drop the folder into dlcpacks, add one line to dlclist.xml with OpenIV or the onigiri loader, and spawn it with the model name 19msctntgt. The download comes in two variants: one with a custom engine sound and one that keeps the stock GTA engine audio, useful when another sound add-on conflicts with it, an issue the author notes has existed since the Legacy days. The mod was developed and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced, so your frame rate will depend on the rest of your mod list.
