ClaimThe 2021 Ram TRX HellRam is an add-on pickup for GTA V Enhanced, converted by DimoSerb from the original model built by Nukem Customs. It drops the full-size TRX crew cab into Los Santos in Nukem's own HellRam treatment: a bonnet with a vented scoop, TRX lettering across the bed sides and the tailgate, flared arches over chunky all-terrain tyres and dark five-spoke wheels, shown in the author's screenshots in a deep metallic green.
The conversion keeps the detail of the original. The hood and the doors open, the lights work front and rear, and the cabin is fully modelled: a leather wheel with the ram's head on the boss, a digital instrument cluster with its performance and drag timers, and a portrait infotainment screen carrying the drive-mode menu with its transmission, suspension and steering settings. The pack is also flagged as carrying extras, the optional body parts you switch on and off from the extras menu of your trainer. It is built for the Enhanced build of GTA V and for setups running NaturalVision Evolved (NVE).
One thing to know before you download it. In his own notes the author declares that the driver's hands do not sit perfectly on the steering wheel, and says he plans to fix that in a later update; nothing else is listed as broken. Installation is the standard add-on routine: copy the 21HellTRX folder into your dlcpacks, add the matching line to your dlclist.xml and spawn the truck with the name 21HellTRX from any trainer, in those exact capitals.
Original model by Nukem Customs; converted for GTA V Enhanced by DimoSerb. It is hosted on GTA6 Cartel with the author's permission, and the original Nexus release is linked as the source.

How to install
- 1Copy the '21HellTRX' folder into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks (or into onigiri\dlcpacks).
- 2Open dlclist.xml in update\update.rpf\common\data (or onigiri\common\data) with OpenIV or Notepad.
- 3Add the line dlcpacks:/21HellTRX/ inside Item tags and save.
- 4Spawn the truck with the name '21HellTRX' from your trainer, respecting the capital letters.

What is the spawn name?
Use '21HellTRX' from any trainer or spawner. The capitals are part of the name, so type it exactly as written.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This is an Enhanced conversion; it targets GTA V Enhanced (and NVE), not the Legacy build.
Is it an add-on or a replace?
Add-on. It does not overwrite any stock vehicle; you spawn it separately with '21HellTRX'.
The driver's hands look off on the wheel. Is that a bug?
Yes, and the author declares it himself: the hands are not perfectly on the steering wheel. He says it will be fixed in a future update.
What are the extras?
