When it landed, the Velar was the concept car Land Rover accidentally put into production: the design piece of the Range Rover family, slotted between the Evoque and the Sport, all clean surfaces and flush door handles. This add-on by gtacool brings a 2019 Velar to GTA V Enhanced, converted by DimoSerb so it loads natively in the current build of the game.
The screenshots show a white car over a black contrast roof, with the RANGE ROVER lettering across the nose, blue tinted mesh in the grille and side vent blades, slim LED headlamps and grey split spoke wheels. At the back there are thin wraparound tail lights, lettering across the tailgate strip, twin chrome exhaust trims and even a tow ball tucked under the bumper. The doors and the clamshell bonnet open over a modelled engine bay, and the cabin is the Velar's real party piece: the double touchscreen stack with its two climate dials, the digital cluster behind the wheel, the rotary gear selector and blue ambient accents running along the trim.
The SUV installs as its own dlcpack, so it replaces nothing in the stock garage. Copy the folder into dlcpacks, register the evcvelar package in dlclist.xml with OpenIV or the onigiri loader, and spawn it with the model name evcvelar, the same as the folder.
The download comes in two variants: one with a custom engine sound and one that keeps the stock GTA engine audio, useful when another sound add-on conflicts with it, an issue the author notes has existed since the Legacy days. The mod was developed and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced, so performance will depend on the rest of your mod list.

Frequently asked questions
How do I spawn the Velar in game?
Use any trainer and spawn it by the model name evcvelar, which matches the dlcpack folder name.
I can't hear the engine sound. What's wrong?
Engine sound add-ons can conflict with each other, an issue that has existed since the Legacy scene. If it happens to you, install the variant that keeps the stock GTA engine sound.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This port targets GTA V Enhanced only, so Legacy players should look for the original release by gtacool instead.
Does the Velar come with a full interior?
Yes. The cabin models the double touchscreen stack with its two climate dials, the digital cluster and the rotary gear selector, and the doors and clamshell bonnet open over a modelled engine bay.
