The Panigale V4 was the bike that changed Ducati: the first series production model to drop the signature twin for the 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale V4, an engine pulled straight out of its MotoGP program and good for around 214 horsepower. This add-on brings that superbike to GTA V Enhanced, and it is one of the more complete two wheel packages in the batch: besides the base model it ships tuning parts, extras, liveries and a paint template to build your own.
The screenshots show the bike wearing a red and white sponsor livery covered in Ducati, Pirelli and rizoma decals, with white wheels and Brembo calipers on one setup and black wheels on another. The race tail lights up with a red LED edge over the San Andreas plate, the daytime running lights follow the fairing slits, and small touches like the Pirelli fork guard and the chain and sprocket detail hold up close inspection.
The bike installs as its own dlcpack, so it replaces nothing in the stock garage. Copy the folder into dlcpacks, register the v4 package in dlclist.xml with OpenIV or the onigiri loader, and spawn it with the model name v4, the same as the folder.
The download comes in two variants: one with a custom engine sound and one that keeps the stock GTA engine audio, useful when another sound add-on conflicts with it, an issue the author notes has existed since the Legacy days. The mod was developed and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced, so performance will depend on the rest of your mod list.

Frequently asked questions
How do I spawn the Panigale V4 in game?
Use any trainer and spawn it by the model name v4, which matches the dlcpack folder name.
I can't hear the engine sound. What's wrong?
Engine sound add-ons can conflict with each other, an issue that has existed since the Legacy scene. If it happens to you, install the variant that keeps the stock GTA engine sound.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This port targets GTA V Enhanced only, so Legacy players should look for the original release by Liam Tran instead.
Can I change the livery or repaint the bike?
Yes. The package includes several liveries plus tuning parts and extras, and it ships a paint template so you can build and apply your own design.
