Lamborghini built only forty Centenarios to celebrate the hundredth birthday of Ferruccio himself, and 4K Customs answered that exclusivity with a very Miami question: what if it sat on Ruccis? This add-on brings the result to GTA V Enhanced, a bare carbon Centenario dressed in orange accents and planted on Rucci Ounces forged wheels, the intricate wire like spokes carrying the brand's crest on the centre cap and a deep orange lip on every corner.
The orange treatment runs the whole car: the louvres inside the side intakes, the edges of the splitter and sill blades, the huge fins of the rear diffuser and even the stitching that zigzags across the dash and headliner in the cockpit shot, where the digital cluster shows the Centenario's honeycomb tachometer. The rear deck keeps the glassed carbon engine cover and the full width taillight strip, and the spoiler is automatic, rising on its own with speed.
The car installs as its own dlcpack, so nothing from the stock garage gets replaced. Copy the folder into dlcpacks, register the 17LCenteR package in dlclist.xml with OpenIV or the onigiri loader, and spawn it with the model name 17LCenteR. One quirk to know: the car spawns roofless, and the author notes you should install the Roof through any trainer's vehicle extras to complete the car.
The download comes in two variants: one with a custom engine sound and one that keeps the stock GTA engine audio, useful when another sound add-on conflicts with it, an issue the author notes has existed since the Legacy days. The mod was developed and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced, so performance will depend on the rest of your mod list.

Frequently asked questions
How do I spawn the Centenario in game?
Use any trainer and spawn it by the model name 17LCenteR, which matches the dlcpack folder name. Mind the capital letters if your trainer is case sensitive.
Why does the car appear without a roof?
The roof ships as a vehicle extra. Open your trainer's vehicle options and install the Roof extra to get the complete car, as the author notes on the original page.
I can't hear the engine sound. What's wrong?
Engine sound add-ons can conflict with each other, an issue that has existed since the Legacy scene. If it happens to you, install the variant that keeps the stock GTA engine sound.
Does it work on GTA V Legacy?
No. This port targets GTA V Enhanced only, so Legacy players should look for the original release by 4K Customs instead.
