GTA 5Enhanced1989-1994 Porsche 911 (964) Carpack

Claim
Six Porsche 911 964 variants in red, silver and white parked nose to nose in a semicircle under the palm trees of a Los Santos avenue
Top down view of the six 964s on a parking lot, from the open Speedster with its seats on show to the whale tail widebody Turbos in red and white
The whole 964 pack lined up on a parking deck by a city intersection, whale tail Turbos beside the narrow body cars and the cut down windshield Speedster

One dlcpack, six air-cooled Porsches. This carpack brings the 964 generation of the 911, built from 1989 to 1994, to GTA V Enhanced as a single add-on package with six separately spawnable cars: two Carrera RS variants (911carrerars1 and 911carrerars2), the 3.6 Turbo (911turbo36), the Turbo Cabriolet (911turbocabrio) and two more Turbo S flavours (911turbosf and 911turbosl). For classic car people this is the good stuff, the last 911 that still looked like the original one.

The screenshots put the whole family in one frame: six cars in red, silver and white parked nose to nose under the palms, an aerial shot where you can pick out the open Speedster-style cabrio next to the whale tail widebody Turbos, and a night line-up with all twelve round headlights burning at the camera. The interior view is period-correct too, the classic five-gauge cluster with the big central tachometer and an analog clock at the end of the row.

Because everything ships in one package, installation is a single pass: copy the folder into dlcpacks, add the 964pack line to dlclist.xml with OpenIV or the onigiri loader, and every one of the six spawn names becomes available at once. Spawn them from any trainer and build your own Rennsport meet on the spot.

The download comes in two variants, one with a custom engine sound and one that keeps the stock GTA audio, useful when another sound add-on conflicts with it, an issue the author notes has existed since the Legacy days. The pack was developed and tested on a clean copy of GTA V Enhanced.

Requirements

  • GTA V Enhanced
  • OpenIV (or the onigiri loader) to edit dlclist.xml
  • A trainer with vehicle spawning to spawn the six cars

How to install

  1. 1Copy the contents of the folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks (or to onigiri\dlcpacks if you use the onigiri loader).
  2. 2With OpenIV, open update\update.rpf\common\data and edit dlclist.xml. With onigiri, edit onigiri\common\data\dlclist.xml with any text editor.
  3. 3Add the line <Item>dlcpacks:/964pack/</Item> and save the file.
  4. 4In game, spawn the cars with the model names 911carrerars1, 911carrerars2, 911turbo36, 911turbocabrio, 911turbosf and 911turbosl.

Frequently asked questions

How do I spawn the 964s in game?

Use any trainer and spawn each car by its model name: 911carrerars1, 911carrerars2, 911turbo36, 911turbocabrio, 911turbosf or 911turbosl. All six live in the same 964pack dlcpack, so one dlclist.xml line unlocks the lot.

How many cars does the pack include?

Six spawnable variants of the 964 generation: two Carrera RS, the 3.6 Turbo, the Turbo Cabriolet and two Turbo S versions. The screenshots show all six together in red, silver and white.

I can't hear the engine sound. What's wrong?

Engine sound add-ons can conflict with each other, an issue that has existed since the Legacy scene. If it happens to you, install the variant that keeps the stock GTA engine sound.

Does it work on GTA V Legacy?

No. This conversion targets GTA V Enhanced, and the author tested it on a clean copy of that version.
