pretty much. the island setup has worked for every GTA so far. i'd genuinely love extra states dropping over time like the old Americas plan, but i'm not holding my breath for it

and shipping an island now doesn't lock them out of stitching more land on later if they ever want a bigger map. nothing about it forecloses a future expansion

engine cuts out over a zone
a Bermuda Triangle as the soft boundary is genuinely a clean idea, and it fits Florida perfectly
